Return and Refund Policy

DogzCrew is 'print on demand' service - We don't have permanent stock and each product is created immediately after you order it, exactly to your specification.

Because of that we offer refunds only for damaged or mislabelled products, not for buyer’s remorse.

Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds either. Make sure to check exact measurements available on website We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.

Europe: free

North & South America: +5 euro (free for orders above 75€)

Australia & Asia: +10 euro (free for orders above 100€)

Shipping cost for all orders is included in your purchase. Please note that in rare cases depending on your country of residence, local delivery companies may apply small customs related fees (usually 0.5-2€). These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

If delivery address is wrong/incomplete or order wasn't picked on time courier company will send your parcel back to printshop.

Your order will be kept for 30 days and you can contact us to ship it to your updated address at delivery cost. after that time items are passed to charity.
